Yeah, had one for dinner one night in Hong Kong. I understand they can be a little tough unless cooked on the rare side. Ideally, they are milked first, then let to simmer in a 3 to 1 mixture of the milk and yak piss.....

The little ones are usually ground up and sold to Taco Bell....
