This place got kind of looks interesting. I think being able to rent the entire park, with facilitys would be fun. The only thing that makes me wonder is the 300% price hike coming July 2010. The prices now seem very reasonable.

The entire park can be rented for exclusive use by a club or group for $200.00 per 24 hr period. For the $200.00, a group gets exclusive use of the club house and trail system. In addition, the group or club may have an unlimited number of members enter the park. There is also a $100 deposit due before or at the time of groups arrival that will be refunded upon departure provided the facilities are left like they were found. The person who is responsible for the deposit will need to contact the park owner to check out before a deposit will be refunded! Starting July 1st 2010 the group rate will be increased to $300.00 per 24 hr period and the deposit will be increased to $150.00

even @ $300 it is not that bad if it was a group run.
if you got 30 rigs, that's $10 a piece. I am sure we could get over 30 rigs on an official run
get it for a weekend, Charge $25 per rig...any extra goes to the club for buying food, or door prizes

Wouldn't that be a 50% price hike? Or, maybe 150% depending on your terminology?

About the same distance as K2 in Mason.

There exists an extensive trail system @ BVORR. To complete the entire trail system would require 2-3 days. The trails range from mild (can be done in 2wd) to extreme (requiring 4wd and lockers front and back to complete). The trail system is primarily technical with many hill climbs and off camber turns and twists. Some trails present with extreme chance of rollover.

The land owner discourages purposeful mudding as he feels this is not consistent with the principles of tread lightly.

The trails have either a gravel or clay base. When rainfall occurs, the owner will close the trail system until it dries in order to preserve the integrity of the trails. In the event that the trail system has to be closed due to weather, refunds will be given.

Trail Map. The owner is offering $500.00 reward to the first club that can GPS map the trail system @ BVORR, and produce a map for general use.

The Houston Jeep Meet up People have made good progress towards a map. But the map is not yet complete unfortunately. We however are waiting for a completed map.

I guess I read that wrong Maverick. I could have swore when I first looked at there site this morning, that it said $ 100.00 for a 24 hour period, wich I realize that that still is not a 300% price hike. I believe that it is 200% no matter what terminoligy that you use. Now I realize that it is a 50% price increase. Anyways, thank you Maverick for pointing out my math error. I will start sending all of my post to you for corrections on grammar, and math before I post them.

Charge $15 lets map this out with a couple of gps units and make the $500- with the 30 estimated rigs going we all get $10 back it not that it means anything but it would still be fun or put it in a raffle and let someone win it

I just corrected as some people will ready the first or read the most dramatic statement and that's all they comprehend.

I would say 'jump', but I had to send my GPS in for service. Hell! It failed me on the first day out at K2!
